We are seeking a AI / Machine Learning Engineer at MailerMen (Indore). You will build practical machine learning solutions and AI-powered features for web products, working across data preparation, model development, evaluation, API integration and deployment. Freshers with strong fundamentals and hands-on project or internship experience are encouraged to apply. The position is onsite at our Indore office, offering close collaboration with the local team.
Department: Engineering - AI & Machine Learning Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Develop, train and evaluate machine learning models for product use cases.
- Build Python-based ML pipelines and reusable data-processing components.
- Monitor model performance and improve accuracy, reliability and latency.
- Contribute to feature stores and reusable ML utilities.
- Support labelling, annotation and dataset quality processes.
- Document experiments, models, APIs and deployment procedures.
- Clean, transform and prepare datasets for experimentation and production.
- Learn team tools, coding standards and delivery processes with mentor support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML or a related field preferred.
- Good to have: TensorFlow, Airflow, Hugging Face, MLflow, LLMs, Docker
