What you’ll do:

• Research companies that are actively hiring
• Identify HR, Talent Acquisition and Recruitment professionals
• Reach out to companies through LinkedIn, email and other professional channels
• Introduce our recruitment and candidate sourcing services
• Build relationships with HR/recruitment teams
• Understand hiring requirements and collect JDs
• Follow up with potential clients
• Maintain company and HR contact records

What we’re looking for:

• Good communication skills
• Comfortable communicating with HRs/recruiters
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn
• Good research skills
• Self-motivated and disciplined
• Willingness to learn B2B recruitment and business development
• Freshers and students interested in recruitment/BD are welcome
