Oya is the runtime for AI employees. Companies use us to put production AI agents into their revenue path in days, not quarters. We have over 6,000 agents live and 200+ paying customers, all from organic sign ups.
We recently launched Bring Your Own Agent and an integration with Claude that is proving to be highly sticky with our customers. We now want to test a reseller model, and we're looking for a small number of founding revenue partners to run it with us.
This is not a rep job. No base, no territory, no manager, no lead list. You bring relationships you have already earned. We bring the product, the engineering bench, and up to 50% of every deal you close.
The deal: Up to 50% of deal revenue paid as commission. Commission paid on cash collection. 1099 independent contractor. Your book, your schedule. We stand up a working agent for your prospect in days, so a warm intro turns into a live demo fast. Full technical support on every call. You do not have to be technical. You have to be trusted.
Who we are looking for: 7+ years selling software into mid-market or enterprise. A live network of buyers who take your call. Comfortable with commission-only economics and running your own pipeline. Fractional CROs, consultants, agency owners, and current AEs with non-competing capacity welcome.
Not a fit if: You need a base salary or a lead list to get started. The network you would sell into is one you would have to build from scratch.
What you would be selling: Infrastructure layer making AI agent failure impossible by construction. Target: operators burned by failed agent pilots.

A runtime infrastructure for agents built on Claude & Codex
