Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead who can take ownership of end-to-end application development while contributing hands-on to architecture, development, and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development / Lead roles
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, TypeScript, and Node.js/NestJS or comparable backend technologies
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL, including SQL, schema changes, performance tuning, and data validation
- 2–4 years of meaningful production AWS experience, with strong expertise in serverless architecture
- Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda
- Experience with Kafka or comparable event-streaming technologies
- Strong individual contribution along with technical/team leadership experience
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong team collaboration and team leadership capabilities
