About the Role
Designing both static graphics and short-form video for a real estate brand. Create scroll-stopping content across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. Hands-on role shipping daily.
Responsibilities
- Design social graphics: listing cards, market updates, carousels, infographics, testimonials, event promos, ad creatives
- Edit and produce short-form video: property walkthroughs, agent reels, market clips, before/after edits, captions, subtitles, sound design
- Build and maintain brand templates for fast, on-brand production
- Repurpose source material into platform-specific asset sets
- Design collateral: pitch decks, one-pagers, email headers, landing pages, flyers, brochures
- Leverage AI tools for production speed
- Collaborate with content writers on integrated packages
- Align with Leadership Team on business goals
- Track performance metrics and adjust based on data
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
- 2-5 years designing graphics and editing video (real estate experience preferred)
- Strong portfolio with tested social work, not concepts
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Figma, Canva
- Proficiency with AI tools
- Experience with real estate content and advertising compliance
- Sharp eye for typography, layout, hierarchy, data visualization
- Self-starter with speed, organization, deadline reliability
- Clear English writing; comfortable coordinating with US-based team
- US real estate market experience valued
