3PL ERP OMS Integration Analyst

Responsibilities

• * 5+ years of experience supporting a **3PL in a live warehouse/distribution center environment**, with experience in platforms such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder/JDA, FDM4, or similar WMS solutions.
• * Strong understanding of core warehouse operations and the complete order journey, including:
• * Receiving
• * Put-away
• * Replenishment
• * Wave planning
• * Picking
• * Packing
• * Shipping
• * Cycle counting
• * Experience with **3PL WMS integrations** with OMS, TMS, or ERP systems.
• * Understanding of interface and event-driven data flows, including **EDI, APIs, and message queues**.
• * Working knowledge of **SQL** for data investigation and reporting, with the ability to independently write and modify queries.
• * Ability to work directly with warehouse floor staff and translate operational issues into clear and actionable system requirements.
• * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical operations teams and communicate operational requirements effectively to technical teams.
• * Experience supporting **peak-season volume events**, such as holiday retail surges.
