SAP S/4HANA Finance

MailerMen is looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance — FI/CO Consultant to support finance transformation, business process optimization, implementation, rollout, stabilization, and enhancement activities for a manufacturing organization.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP FI/CO, SAP S/4HANA Finance, financial accounting processes, controlling, testing, stakeholder management, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Support

• Provide end-to-end support for SAP S/4HANA Finance processes.
• Gather business requirements and perform issue analysis.
• Design effective SAP solutions based on business requirements.
• Support FI, CO, Asset Accounting, Credit Management, Treasury, and Controlling processes.
• Work closely with business users during issue resolution and month-end activities.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and process governance.

Testing and Validation

• Prepare and execute SIT, UAT, and regression testing scenarios.
• Validate finance process changes, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
• Coordinate defect tracking and closure with technical teams and implementation partners.

Business Process and Governance

• Conduct process reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare SOPs, training materials, and process documentation.
• Support audit, compliance, and internal control requirements.
• Ensure proper master data governance for Finance-related data.

Project and Enhancement Activities

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA rollout, stabilization, and enhancement projects.
• Coordinate with MM, SD, PP, QM, EWM, and ABAP teams.
• Assist with change-request evaluation, impact assessment, and effort estimation.
• Support integrations with banking, GST, e-Invoicing, and third-party applications.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of SAP FI/CO consulting experience
• At least one complete SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Experience in hypercare and production support
• Exposure to SAP GRC, Fiori, and SAP Analytics is an advantage

Educational Qualification

• CA / CMA / MBA Finance / B.Com / M.Com
• SAP FI/CO certification preferred
